Huma Qureshi, Mrunal Thakur team up for thriller ‘Pooja Meri Jaan’

Mumbai: The first look of ‘Pooja Meri Jaan’ was unveiled by Zee5 on Thursday (July 23, 2026), offering a glimpse of Huma Qureshi and Mrunal Thakur in the upcoming thriller.

Directed by Navjot Gulati and produced by Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films, the film will stream soon on Zee5 as part of the platform’s Hindi film slate for the year.

According to a press release, Pooja Meri Jaan “delves into the unsettling consequences of obsession, accusations and prejudice, exploring how the actions of one individual can give rise to sweeping judgments and misplaced suspicion.”

The poster features Qureshi and Thakur in intense, contrasting frames, setting the tone for a tense, character-driven drama.

No release date has been announced yet. With Pooja Meri Jaan, Maddock Films continues its partnership with Zee5 following a string of direct-to-digital releases across genres.
