Coimbatore: Coimbatore-headquartered Ekki Group is entering India’s school education sector and is in talks with leading global players in pre-school and K-12 education for a strategic partnership.
The group plans to first establish a network of premium pre-schools across India, followed by expansion into the K-12 segment, according to a company press release.
Ekki said it is discussing a long-term joint venture with partners from developed education markets. The prospective partner would contribute international curriculum and pedagogy, academic excellence frameworks, and digital learning and technology platforms.
The move marks Ekki Group’s diversification into education, building on its existing business interests.
