Cognizant reports 4.5% revenue growth in Q2, raises FY26 EPS outlook
Chennai: IT services firm Cognizant reported a 4.5% year-on-year rise in second-quarter revenue to $5.48 billion, driven by strong demand from its financial services business.
The Teaneck, New Jersey-headquartered company also raised its full-year adjusted earnings per share (EPS) guidance, citing bets on enterprise AI and steady client spending.
Operating margin expanded 30 basis points year-on-year to 15.9%. Adjusted operating margin rose 40 basis points to 16%.
Cognizant said growth was led by financial services, as companies increased investments in technology and AI to improve efficiency.
