‘Carrie’ trailer: Mike Flanagan brings Stephen King classic into social media age

Prime Video has released the new trailer for Carrie, Mike Flanagan’s eight-episode adaptation of Stephen King’s 1974 debut novel.

The series, premiering October 7, 2026, stars Summer H. Howell as tormented teenager Carrie White and Samantha Sloyan as her fiercely religious mother Margaret — the first television series adaptation of King’s iconic story.
