Taapsee Pannu’s action-thriller ‘Gandhari’ to premiere on Netflix

Taapsee Pannu’s upcoming action-thriller Gandhari will be released on Netflix on September 3, the streamer announced on Friday, August 21, 2026.

The film has been written by Kanika Dhillon and directed by Devashish Makhija, known for helming Joram, Bhosle and Aaji.

As per the synopsis shared by the makers, the film is set in a fictional town, Joypurra, and centres on the story of a mother as she faces challenges in the search for her missing daughter.

Gandhari also stars Ishwak Singh, Chhaya Kadam, Swastika Mukherjee, Mita Vashisht and Jatin Sarna in pivotal roles.
