New studies pursue perfect blend for coffee and health
Moderate caffeine intake, especially through coffee, may lower the risks of type-2 diabetes, stroke, heart failure and atrial fibrillation, according to a new statement from the American Heart Association.
The findings come as coffee remains a daily ritual for millions. While many Indians have a fondness for coffee, almost everyone in the U.S. and Europe drinks coffee — and more of it — every day.
Many start the morning with one or two cups to feel refreshed, with some adding a couple more at work before lunchtime.
