Trailer of Nimisha Sajayan’s ‘Babita Singh Reporting’ unveiled

The trailer of Nimisha Sajayan’s upcoming crime-drama, Babita Singh Reporting, was unveiled by the makers on Friday.

Directed by Ambiecka Pandit and written by Amita Vyas, the film also stars Barun Sobti, Anshumaan Pushkar and Rajesh Kumar in pivotal roles.

The trailer introduces Babita, fondly known as Baby (Nimisha Sajayan), a young police officer whose world is shaken when her childhood friend Bansi (Barun Sobti) is murdered. Already suspended for two weeks, Baby still follows the clues which lead her to make unexpected discoveries that blend with her personal life as she battles family tantrums at home. The film promises to be a stirring crime-drama rooted in the darker realities of being a woman.
