U.S. technology services firm Saicon Consultants, Inc. has acquired Pragmatyc Group Private Limited of Nagpur, marking its third acquisition in recent months.
Announced on July 8, 2026, the deal brings Pragmatyc’s expertise in AI, AIoT, intelligent automation, and digital engineering into Saicon’s fold. The Nagpur-based firm specializes in building AI-driven solutions and connected systems for enterprises.
Saicon said the acquisition will help boost its capabilities in emerging technologies and strengthen its delivery presence in India.
This is the third deal for Saicon after it acquired SilverSearch in the U.S. and Valethi Technologies in Nagpur earlier.
The back-to-back acquisitions signal Saicon’s push to scale both in the U.S. and Indian markets, with a particular focus on AI and automation services that are in high demand across industries.
