Foxconn reports 39.8% jump in Q2 revenue on strong AI demand
Taiwan: Taiwan’s Foxconn, the world’s largest contract electronics maker, reported a 39.8% year-on-year rise in second-quarter revenue, beating market forecasts on strong demand for AI products.
Revenue for the April-June quarter jumped to T$2.513 trillion, or about $78.71 billion, the company said in a statement on Sunday.
Foxconn is Nvidia’s biggest server maker and Apple’s top iPhone assembler. The surge was driven largely by orders for AI servers as tech firms scale up data center capacity.
Despite the strong results, Foxconn cautioned about “volatile” global politics, flagging uncertainty around trade and supply chains in the months ahead.
The company said it expects demand for AI and cloud products to remain robust in the second half of the year.
