Tabu’s fierce politician look from Nagarjuna’s 100th film king 100 unveiled on her birthday

HYDERABAD: To coincide with actor Tabu’s birthday on November 4, Hyderabad-based production house Annapurna Studios revealed the first look of her character from the new Telugu film King 100.

Written and directed by R.A. Karthik, the film will be Nagarjuna Akkineni’s 100th and is scheduled to release on December 24, locking horns with Shah Rukh Khan-starrer King at the box office.

In King 100, Tabu plays a fierce politician named Mahanti Jhansi Rani who believes in hard work over luck.

The video glimpse of the character shows her taking the oath of office and a statement declares that this time it’s not love, but war.

Annapurna Studios shared the first look on social media with birthday wishes for the actor, who has previously worked with Nagarjuna in films like Ninne Pelladata and Sisindri.
