NSE set to raise rs 22,569 crore via IPO after decade-long wait
Mumbai: The National Stock Exchange (NSE), the largest stock exchange in India, is set to raise Rs 22,568.9 crore from the capital market after a decade-long wait.
The IPO consists of only an offer for sale, where existing shareholders will sell their shares, and no fresh capital will be raised.
The company has set the price band between Rs 1,700 to Rs 1,785 per share and is set to open for public subscription between September 17 to September 24. The IPO will open for anchor investors on September 16, 2026.
