Latika Katt’s final works celebrate nature and transience at Delhi’s Gallery Threshold
An exhibition of sculptor Latika Katt’s final body of work is on view at Delhi’s Gallery Threshold, described as a gentle farewell that reveals two sides of an artist whose practice was shaped equally by physical labour and keen observation.
“I wanted visitors to feel they had met her, had known her. To feel the hands that chiselled these rocks, to hear her voice, and to leave with an experience that stays with them for a long time,” said Tunty Chauhan of Gallery Threshold about its latest show, ‘Abandoned’.
The exhibition celebrates nature and transience through Katt’s sculptures.
