Amul crosses Rs 1 lakh crore turnover mark; Registers 11% growth
New Delhi: Dairy major Amul has achieved a major milestone, crossing the Rs 1 lakh crore turnover mark in the financial year 2025-26, driven by strong demand for its dairy products.
The Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd, which sells products under the Amul brand, reported an 11.4% growth in turnover to Rs 73,450 crore in the last fiscal year, up from Rs 65,911 crore in the previous year. The surge is attributed to Amul’s vast product portfolio of over 1,200 packs, its extensive distribution network, and adaptability to changing consumer needs. Amul’s success story is a shining example of the power of cooperative spirit, with its farmer-owned model empowering millions of dairy farmers across India.
