Amazon’s ultra-fast delivery service Amazon Now has crossed $1 billion in annualised gross sales in India within three months of launch, the company said on Tuesday.
Orders on Amazon Now have doubled every quarter since its launch, making it the fastest-growing e-commerce business in Amazon India’s history, according to the company.
The rapid expansion comes as e-commerce companies step up investments in quick commerce and fulfilment infrastructure to capture a larger share of festive-season demand.
